Beyond the Basics: Intermediate DSLR/mirrorless camera workshop
Are you ready to build on your photography skills and take more control of your camera? This full-day workshop is for those who understand the basics and want to refine their technique, improve their confidence and tackle more challenging shooting conditions.
In this hands-on session, you’ll learn:
– Metering techniques – how to use different modes and exposure compensation for more accurate results.
– Tricky lighting – handling high contrast, low light, and backlit scenes.
– Focus modes and drive modes – tracking moving subjects and choosing the right settings for sharp shots.
– Camera settings and controls – optimising your camera setup.
The workshop will involve a mixture of theory and practical exercises, perfect for taking more control of your camera. The group size is limited to six participants to allow for plenty of individual guidance.
