Silver Sunday is a national initiative aimed at celebrating older people in our Community. It is completely free and open to all to attend.
Silver Sunday is a chance to get together for a chat in a relaxed atmosphere over tea or coffee from 10.00am onwards. Enjoy a free 2 course lunch, along with a programme of optional activities. Activities have yet to be confirmed but in previous years we have offered:
• seated Pilates,
• flower arranging workshop
• a film in the Guild Chapel.
